Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

Fresh red chilli, seeded and sliced

Snow peas (or green beans if not in stock)

Directions 

Heat a wok until very hot, add the oil and swirl to coat.  Add the chilli first and stir-fry for 20 seconds.  Then add the cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute.  Then add all other ingredients and cool for a further 2 minutes.  Garnish with the coriander leaves.
