Description

Thera-Roll (1st image) – this is our advanced roller that we use at BodyLab to release the Iliotibial Band ie. you roll it up and down the outside of your leg as you lie sideways on it. Use this one after you have mastered the ITB Roller noted below. Recommended courier bag for delivery (when you click CHECKOUT) – E40 Plastic A4 Bag.

Two Part Thoracic Roller (2nd image) – we use one at BodyLab for mobilising upper (thoracic) spine. You just need to lie on your back and place the roller behind the middle of your upper back (across your back). Support your neck with your hands behind your head and then just relax your head backwards for 20-30 seconds. Repeat on a few different spots. ITB Roller (3rd & 4th image) – we use this one at BodyLab to release the Iliotibial Band (ITB) ie. you roll it up and down the outside of your leg as you lie sideways on it.
