The membership includes use of any of the services below (products, massage therapy and dry needle work not included) and as much as you like.  Conditions that apply includes that all sessions are by appointment and hours are limited to Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and not open on public holidays.  The membership cannot be transferred to another person or put on hold.  Supervised sessions noted below will be with more than one person if appropriate.

  • Initial Corrective Exercise Programme Design (normally $92)

  • Supervised Corrective Exercise Session 1hr (normally $92)

  • Semi-Supervised 10 Trip Corrective Exercise Card (normally $300)

  • VO2max/Lactate Threshold Test (normally $172.50)

  • Lung Function Test (ATS/ERS Standards) (normally $51.00)

  • SpiroTiger Respiratory Muscle Training Sessions (normally $110 for a 10 trip card) - conditions apply to this ie. you will need to purchase your own mouth piece and bag for $70 (no discount available) and have an initial lung function test.

  • Bike Fit for Injury Prevention 1hr (normally $102.00)

  • Velotron Cycle 1hr Training Session (normally $52.00)

  • Resting Metabolism (normally $102.00)

  • Anthropometry (Body Composition, ISAK Stds) (normally $71.00)
