Lise Wolstenholme

Lise Wolstenholme is an internationally trained physiotherapist with seventeen years experience. Lise prefers a ‘hands-on’ approach within her treatments, more specifically with a focus on pain and dysfunction management. Her international experience has equipped her with a number of ‘specialized’ techniques over the years, including some of the latest techniques being utilized at an international level by world renowned therapists.

As a result Lise has a unique and integrated style of client management. She is actively ‘hands-on’ and very holistic in her approach. Her understanding of how the body functions comes through in her treatments. She uses a variety of skilled techniques always approaching the body first ‘globally’ and then ‘locally’. Some of the techniques include osteopathic and kinesiology based methods to achieve the desired ‘balance’ to posture and structural alignment which is fundamental to the body’s optimal function.

Lise’s treatments normally last an hour, the longer sessions allow for the quality of treatment and outcomes that she strives to achieve for her clients.

Lise has achieved successful results in pain management and body optimization over the years as a result of her holistic approach to client’s symptoms. She is passionate about treating the client as a whole and not just the individual structures. Her treatment scope includes comprehensive management of the skeletal, muscular and nerve tissue systems within the body.
